The PVC card is printed in the standard CR80 credit card size: 85.6mm × 54mm (3.375" × 2.125") with a thickness of approximately 760 microns. It fits perfectly in any standard wallet slot alongside your Aadhaar, PAN card, or driving licence.

Payment happens on a secure Cashfree Payments page right after you fill the order form. You can pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app), debit card or net banking — the payment is confirmed automatically within seconds.

অর্ডার ফর্ম পূরণের পরেই Cashfree Payments-এর নিরাপদ পেজে পেমেন্ট হয়। UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm বা যেকোনো UPI অ্যাপ), ডেবিট কার্ড বা নেট ব্যাংকিং-এ পেমেন্ট করা যায় — কয়েক সেকেন্ডেই পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হয়ে যায়।

Your PVC card will be printed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment and PDF confirmation. Delivery via Speed Post typically takes 3–5 working days within West Bengal and 5–7 working days for other states.

পেমেন্ট ও PDF নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর ২৪–৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে কার্ড প্রিন্ট ও ডিসপ্যাচ হয়। পশ্চিমবঙ্গের মধ্যে Speed Post ডেলিভারিতে সাধারণত ৩–৫ কর্মদিবস, অন্য রাজ্যে ৫–৭ কর্মদিবস লাগে।

Use the 'Track Order' feature on our portal. Enter your order number (provided after placing an order) or your ration card number to see the current status: Pending → Confirmed → Printed → Dispatched → Delivered.

Yes. Your uploaded PDFs are stored privately and used only to print your order. Payments happen on Cashfree's secure systems — we never see your UPI PIN or card details. Order receipt pages are blocked from search engines, and we do not sell or share your personal details with third parties.

A laminated paper printout can peel, fade, and tear within months, and shopkeepers often refuse damaged cards. A PVC card is solid plastic — the same material as your ATM card — so it is waterproof, does not fade in sunlight, and typically lasts 5–10 years of daily wallet use.
